Please describe the problem:
The ac3 decoder is for some reason not included in the 0.8.4 tarball.

find -name *ac3*
./gst-libs/ext/ffmpeg/libavcodec/ac3enc.c
./gst-libs/ext/ffmpeg/libavcodec/ac3tab.h
./gst-libs/ext/ffmpeg/libavcodec/ac3.h

I checked with MPlayer and it also has "ac3dec.c"

I've had a look, and ac3dec is GPL, since it uses liba52 internally. We want a
clean LGPL tarball that is ffmpeg-only, without external extra cruft; the whole
point of using ffmpeg to AC-3 vanishes because of the above. Hence it's removal.

Install the GStreamer liba52 plugin for AC-3 decoding support.
