Description of Problem:

Can't see time when using a transparent panel on a dark background
screen. We need an option to manually set the clock font color.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a transparent panel on a dark background screen. Add a clock
applet.
2. The time is rendered in black, which you can't see against the dark
background.
