Description of the crash:
Totem comes up normal. When request play video totem crashes.
Tried restart. Crashed with error message "cs unavailable and balance"

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Bring up totem
2. Click play video with DVD in DVD Drive.
3. 

Expected Results: Error Screen


How often does this happen? Every Time


Additional Information: Totem was working last time tried...couple
months ago.
