Launch "dia" application and choose these menu options: "File" -> "Page Setup".

If application is loaded by user terminal, these error message is displayed:

To me this looks like a *build* problem in Fedor Core 3.
Recompiling should fix it. Please report at the Fedora 
bugzilla. See:
