Description of the crash:
I right clicked on the panel and said "Add to panel" and it crashed. As
i had GNOME-panel-dbg installed, i can include the stack trace too.		

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Right click on panel.
2. Click "Add to Panel"	
3. bingo!		

Expected Results:
Should not Happen (tm)

How often does this happen?
Everytime i do the above steps.

Had submited this bug before - Bug 167478. Updated after that, but to no
avail..
