EOG should be able to display MNG files.

This is a job that belongs in GdkPixbuf.  See bugzilla bug 71267 
 
When support for MNG is added there then it should automatically become 
available to EOG.   
 
I'm not sure about keeping this seperate bug report open but I suppose it will 
server as a useful reference point and reduce the risk of duplicate reports 
being filed.
