Hi to all,    

I downloaded the installer "dia-setup-0.94.zip".  
when i try run the application appear a console window with the following
message:  "I/O warning:  failed to load external entity "NULL""...  

if i close the window with message...the application its close.    my OS is
Windows XP Professional SP 1.

Known issue.  This is probably a duplicate, dont have time to check it further. 

Please try to work around it.  Dont close the error window.
