GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 167416
Opening play lists created duplicate entries in the libraray.
Last modified: 2005-10-11 09:13:31 UTC
Please describe the problem: When opening play lists from nautilus, if the files are part of the existing library, they get duplicated. Steps to reproduce: 1. Set rhythmbox to be the default application for m3u play list files in nautilus 2. Double click a playlist 3. Actual results: The first song in the playlist begins playing, but the main window remains focused on the library. All of the songs in the playlist now have duplicate entries in the library. If you click on the newly created playlist icon, none of the songs in this playlist are shown as the currently playing song. Therefore, when the next track begins playing, it is the next track in the library as opposed to the next track in the playlist. Expected results: The playlist would be shown in the main window, the first song of which would be the currently playing song, and there would not be duplicate entries in the library. Does this happen every time? Yes Other information: OS: Suse 9.2 Gnome: 2.6.1
Is there a way to "refresh" the library without re-importing all the songs?
