I've noticed this with some feeds as well. From what I think it can be either
one of two things. 

1) the entry id's changes between different updates (though this sounds unlikely
for your feed.

2) A number of entries aren't part of the feed during one update and back again
the next. I've seen this problem with planet feeds. This will mark them all as
unread the next time.

I'm not sure if any of these apply to your problem though it might give you a
starting point to start looking into why it happens. I haven't had time to
investigate this further.

I've had a look at the feed shown here, but I can't reproduce the issue. This is old enough that the code has changed too much to be considered valid.
