I don't believe this is a duplicate of 85581.  Bug 85581 talks about crypto
filesystems.  This bug is specifically about calling out to an encrypt/decrypt
program for a single file in Nautilus, it could equally well be a compress this
file (not a compressing filesystem) with gzip/bzip etc.

Please reconsider this a an indepedent feature request from 85581.
