Please describe the problem:
under rtl languages the names of applets start from left to right and are
totally chaotic the untranslated english ones start from right to left!!!
whereas normall the opposite should be the case!

THis bug was reported earlier but misteriously disappeared, does this window use
gtkhmtl for rendering? if yes then this bug is very famous and gtkhtml should be
fixed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. choose an rtl env
2. open the add applet dialog
3. take a look at the chaos ;)
