Distribution: Debian 3.1 Package: gnome-media Severity: normal Version: GNOME2.8.1 2.8.0 Gnome-Distributor: Debian Synopsis: gstreamer-properties has quit unexpectedly Bugzilla-Product: gnome-media Bugzilla-Component: general Bugzilla-Version: 2.8.0 BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.8.0) Description: Description of the crash: An error window pops out, asking me to choose between restarting the application, just closing it, or informing developers. Here I am. :-) Steps to reproduce the crash: 1. Open gstreamer propertis; in the audio folder the only choice present is "Custom", so I choose that one. 2. Write alsasink or osssink in the field just below 3. press the "Test" button Expected Results: don't know, probably hearing a sound. How often does this happen? Always Additional Information: Debian unstable; other programs which use sound (mplayer, xine, kino) work ok, both in OSS and in ALSA mode. Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/gstreamer-properties' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/libthread_db.so.1".
