Description Sean Wheller 2004-12-28 08:37:09 UTC
Just add a task to docbook 4.3 document.
Yelp shows text but formatting is poor and displayed in red.
Comment 1 Thierry Moisan 2005-10-22 17:16:42 UTC
So is this bug about adding the task to the docbook 4.3 document or actually
fixing it?
Comment 2 Shaun McCance 2005-10-22 17:35:17 UTC
Adding it. The task element is one of DocBook's more peculiar elements, trying
to model something that was undoubtebly very useful to somebody somewhere.
There's really not much documentation on how it should be formatted, short of
looking at how other renderers handle it. Not a high priority for me, but if
somebody wants to take a crack at it, I will walk you through it.
Comment 3 Thierry Moisan 2005-10-23 16:04:40 UTC
I would be intesrested in helping with it. I'm not a very experienced developper
but I know how to make patch and get module from gnome cvs. After that I may
need help. First thing I'd like to know is in wich file do I need to make the
changes?
Comment 4 Nickolay V. Shmyrev 2006-08-05 01:05:30 UTC
Thierry, do you still want to work on it?
Comment 5 Nickolay V. Shmyrev 2006-08-05 01:06:08 UTC
The reason why I am asking is that it would be nice to schedule it on http://live.gnome.org/GnomeLove/LoveDay20060806
Comment 6 Shaun McCance 2006-08-05 07:03:53 UTC
There are a slew of gnome-doc-utils things people could do on a love day, many of which aren't in bugzilla. But they require people who have experience with XSLT. I'll try to be on IRC for a while on Sunday.
