gcalctool version (at least) >= 4.4.19 use the ATK_ROLE_EDITBAR function, which
was only added to atk in version 1.5.1, however configure.in doesn't specify any
version (or dependency) information for atk.

We ran into this on Gentoo bug: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71668

Changes checked into CVS HEAD. Version number in
configure.in bumped to 5.5.23.
