Description Jorrit Linnert 2004-12-22 12:12:44 UTC
Install GTK, GIMP and Help System (installers from Jernej Simoncic)
on Windows 2000 SP4
(I suspect this works the same on other versions of Windows, but I cannot test
those as I have no licenses for them)

- Open GIMP
- Goto menu help->help

I would expect my default web browser to start and the appropriate GIMP help
page to load, but instead it just shows the hourglass cursor for a while and
does nothing afterwards, it does not even show an error message.

When I open the page manually, it works, but the whole idea of context-sensitive
help is lost in that way.
Pity...
