When trying to setup file management properties, the 
nautilus-file-management-properties crashes

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Use menu Applications->Desktop Preferences->File Management
2. The program crashed immediately

Expected Results:
An information window with:

unexpectedly.

Thanks for the bug report. However, it looks like you have a python nautilus
extension installed which does not track its bugs in the GNOME bugzilla. Please
report the bug to the application authors.

There is no nautilus-python product in bugzilla.

I'm reopening until there is one, bug 163210 might be related to this one (and
also needs to be transfered once the new product is created)

Prints the following error message to console:
Fatal Python error: This module can only be used from nautilus

Caused by this code snipped in nautilusmodule.c

program = gnome_program_get();
if (!program || strcmp (gnome_program_get_app_id(program), "nautilus") != 0) {
Py_FatalError("This module can only be used from nautilus");
return;
}

nautilus-file-management-properties has app_id of file-managment-properties,
which isn't nautilus, thus kaboom.
