I'd like to make my documents in a more productive way being able to push PRINT 
SCR key and CTRL+V instead of saving an intermediate file and then including in 
my document.

Metacity merely forwards the screen capture request to gnome-screenshot (which
was named gnome-panel-screenshot for 2.8.x).  Reassigning.
