Open Planner.  Go to Project -> Edit Project Properties.  Note the date.  Click
"close" and go back to Project -> Edit Project Properties.  For me the date
changes one day (12/14/2004 to 12/13/2004) and will do so every repeat.  I am
running Fedora Core 3.
