orbit2 lists libIDL-0.7.4 as a minimum requirement for compile, yet fails with
that version installed. This has been reproduced here:
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73521
Attached is a patch to bump the IDL requirement to 0.8.2, which will allow orbit
to compile fine for everybody.
