whem mousing over an an object that has a pop up detailed info, and that ojbect
is hot (like a url in gaim), and you click it and it goes to open said link, the
help windowlet remains open and on top of everything even tho its original app
(gaim in this case) is no longer the front most app, and that the item in which
caused it to pop up no longer has the mouse over it. You have to go back to the
host app and mouseover and then move the mouse away from the object.
