GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 160099
Lines are too thin in prints
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
1) Create a diagram with lines and text (e.g. attachment 1 [details]) 2) Print it. 3) Notice that the lines are all hairline on the print, regardless of the width in the diagram. A "Print to File" is included as attachment 2 [details], though I don't know if it can be used for anything. I have not seen this problem under Linux.
Created attachment 34357 [details] Diagram with various line widths
Created attachment 34358 [details] Print to file of the diagram
There was compatibility code to produce win9x-able in the wmf plug-in. Now that my win9x notebook is broken and I'm forced to use XP with the new one there is taken less care for win9x issues. Should be fixed by : 2004-10-31 Hans Breuer <hans@breuer.org> * plug-ins/wmf/wmf.cpp : patch from Robert Ögren <gtk@roboros.com> to finally fix the long lasting clipping issue, bug #85831 Also fixed the line style issue for printing on XP and don't miss to ReleaseDC() and: 2004-07-04 Hans Breuer <hans@breuer.org> * plug-ins/wmf/wmf.cpp : finally do extended linestyles if the windoze platform supports them. This should fix bug #109818, at least for the majority running NT or above ... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 109818 ***
