Debianize Glade-3
Comment 2 Mark Howard 2004-12-19 17:44:26 UTC
I wouldn't recommend including the debian things in cvs. This just makes it
harder for debian developers to create official packages.
This patch seems to contain other non-debian related fixes too. They should
probably be committed if they haven't already.
Comment 3 Ivan Wong 2004-12-20 15:19:42 UTC
Is it possible for us to maintain the debian package of Glade-3 and ask for a
sponsor from some official debian developers?
Comment 4 Mikael Hallendal 2005-01-12 15:43:55 UTC
I agree with Mark on this one, it's far easier to keep the Debian specifics out
of the upstream package. That way the project maintainer (tristan) can make
releases without considering whether the debian stuff works as it should and
update the changelog file and such.
Comment 5 Tristan Van Berkom 2006-06-24 18:16:37 UTC
closing this one... glade3 is going into experimental this week
(if its not already there now) Gustavo Noronha Silva silva <kov@debian.org>
is maintaining the glade3 packaging.
