GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 158923
--new-tab raises window in current workspace
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
I'm used to launch epiphany with --noraise to avoid getting a window on my current screen, and with the upgrade to 1.4, it stopped working. If there is no way to achieve this behavior with epiphany 1.4, could you please make it available e.g. through a gconf key?
I cannot find any trace of --noraise ever having been an option in epiphany!?
Erm, sorry, I've been using --new-tab --noraise, probably ripped from some old galeon configuration. I probably expect this from the --new-tab option, then. Fact is, with epiphany 1.2.9, --new-tab creates a new tab in the window which lies in another workspace, which is fine. With 1.4.5, the window is raised and brought to the current workspace, which is quite annoying.
Should be fixed in cvs, both on HEAD and gnome-2-8 branch.
