Description:
"Notes" is a convenient mechanism to comment files.
But the notes can be displayed only if the side bar is "Notes" or the
"Properties" of a file is open. Maybe it is more suitable to popup a
tooltip-like dialog to display the notes and other information when the
mouse point to a file, just like what Konqueror does.
