GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 157762
instead of totem the screen is an extra window
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
If I play a file after compiling gst-ffmpeg-0.8.2 ./configure --prefix=/usr make make install gst-register-* totem opens an extra window (that is very small) in this window the file is played audio and video seems to be out of sync. And if I use totem to go futher in the film it often hangs. I'm running ubuntu hoary at the moment Totem 0.99.20 gstreamer 0.8.7
gst-plugins < 0.8.5? Update your gst-plugins.

Are you using sdlvideosink as a video output? Don't.

We need more information to reproduce that, please file a new bug and provide us with sample files, if possible. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 151059 ***
