GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 155867
Default Icon in tasklist is wrong size and probably the wrong metaphor
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
Default Icon in tasklist is wrong size and probably the wrong metaphor. The tasklist icons are always scaled to 16x16 and the default icon is 24x24. Also, the icon is unique in that it scales down VERY badly. Also, the blank document icon is probably not the best since most applications don't open documents and those that do are probably recent applications and WILL have an application icon.
Created attachment 32782 [details] New default icon. Use a picture of an application window, not an empty document.
This should replace libwnck/libwnck/default_icon.png.
Comment on attachment 32782 [details] New default icon. Seems sensible.
Any chance that this could become a GTK stock icon - GTK_STOCK_WINDOW?
