Some users, particularly users with keyboard impairment (e.g. having movement in
one arm) would benefit from the ability to assign functionality to mouse buttons.  

E.g. 
MB3 = Shift
MB4 = Control
MB5 = Alt

Let's do this.  We have the technology.
