Description Vincent Untz 2004-10-03 16:26:21 UTC
From https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2012
Patch (in wrong format) available at
https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/attachment.cgi?id=309

At the bottom of rhythmbox, there is a total for all of the library size. On my
system, it reads "490 song, 2 day, 2 hour and 50 minute, 6.7GB". Note that the
words are not pluralized.

After checking the source, it appears that the cause of this is the localization
file for en_CA.

Seems to be fixed in CVS (and probably in the latest release).
Sorry for the spam...

*blink*

Well, a number of such problems stemmed from GTranslator's poor ability to parse
pluralized strings. Since I started using vi(1) instead of GTranslator, I have
started mopping up those issues. Please definitely let me know if they pop up
elsewhere.
