GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 154135
NFS Network Volumes not show in computer: folder
Last modified: 2005-07-17 21:56:49 UTC
1) setup and nfs mount in fstab (eg. "some.server:/home/user /mnt/server nfs defaults, users 0 0") 2) login to gnome 3) open "computer" with nautilus 4) the nfs volume is not there, and neither on the desktop
I get the same symptom on all three computers on my home network.
Same here. Disappeared during the upgrade from 2.6 to 2.8.
Thanks for your bug report. This is most probably a gnome-vfs issue. Can you still reproduce this with GNOME 2.10?
not using gnome 2.10 yet, will report as soon as i do. in 2.8 it's ok
Fixed with 2.8 according to the previous comment, I'm closing the bug. Feel free to reopen if you have this issue again.
