Description:
Description of Problem: The first time I login, after restarting, the
GNOME panel always crashes. After clicking OK, the gnome panel seems to
restart and run normally.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log-out and Restart
2. Log-in
3. GNOME panel crashes

Every time that I logout AND restart
