1. Dia installed from dia-setup-0.94.zip
2. First run automaticly from setup - English language, everything ok.
3. Any next run from desktop shortcut - Russian language and cursor is 
invisible in UML-class properties. But editing is ok.

Bug occurs when properties opened by mouse double click.
Everything ok if context menu is used.
Could be no conection with localization.
