1 Ctrl-Maj-T to switch toolbar off
2 Ctrl-T to open a new tab
3 The location bar shows up, which is good, but you don't even have time to type
anything before it disappears; you have to type Ctrl-L to choose a URL.

Mozilla embedding bug causes the location entry to immediately lose focus again.
