Description Steve McKay 2004-07-11 17:20:01 UTC
drag and drop operation between folders are confusing due to the fact that the
action taken (move, copy, ...) varies depending on the location of the source
and destination (same of different partitions). This behavior is confusing to
me, and is not consistent with the spatial model. I believe that nautilus should
exhibit consistent behavior regardless of the low-level structure of the disk drive.

Regardless of partition, the default action when doing a drag and drop operation
should be the same. I think 'move' is the right default action.
