GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 145400
Display nautilus folder context menu when handling right-clicks on folder icon in window titlebar
Last modified: 2006-05-03 22:40:14 UTC
Under some themes metacity displays a folder icon in the window title bar. Left and right clicking this displays a metacity menu with window properties and actions. I'd like to see a different behavior. For right clicks metacity should display (or cause nautilus to dislplay) the nautilus folder context menu. This would allow me to address the folder I'm currently viewing as folder (not the contents of the folder), without context switching to the parent folder.
Very hard to implement this.
Hm, would be very nice though. Also allowing drags of the icon (which I assume would be the same work)
See also bug 129421. In general there is no way to manipulate the current folder without going up a level.
