1. Invoke Gimpressionist. 
(Make sure you entered the "Presets" tab) 
2. Apply the Ballpark preset. 
3. Press Update. 
4. Apply the Ballpark preset again. 
5. Press Update. 
 
See that the preview is displayed with disks instead of balls. 
 
This has a graver effect on the non-interactive patch (Bug #144913) which 
renders the image itself using disks.

This bug can be resolved by applying the Gimpressionist-fu patch, so I make 
this bug depend on it.
