This is a top level bug for the GNOME 2.7 UI-Review.

If there is a UI-Review for a module of GNOME 2.7 it should be added as a
blocker to this bug so that all UI-Review's are either closed or moved to
the new review period before closing this bug.  This means of course that
this bug will be assuming the older UI-Review bugs as well.

The goal of this bug report is to act as a single point of access for all
UI-Reviews that are currently taking place.  Building the dependency tree
on this bug will reveal all the UI-Review bugs below.

I'm not going to make this depend on the old UI Review umbrella bug, if there
are bugs from the old review that are still relevant then fix them!  We don't
need to create additional churn by switching the old review bugs to this bug.
