1. Then add stockticker applet to the panel.
2. Via KeyNav - tab across the various applets in the panel. 

Observation and bug: The focus is never on the entire applet. As a
result -  speech reader doesn't read out "stockticker applet" or
something similar. 

A blind user will never know that the focus is on the stockticker
applet.

Whereas when the focus is on a different applet - such as sticky notes,
the accessible description informs that the user is on sticky notes.
