Currently, the blogger backend does not support enabling comments. For some
reason it always disables them, but when I do it from the web interface it works
great.

As far as I can tell from reading the code, we don't transmit any dates/times to
the remote server (at least not through XML-RPC), so I think it must be a word
press issue?
