Description Luke Hutchison 2004-05-05 18:08:09 UTC
When importing a large CSV file and exporting to .xls, the .xls is somehow
getting corrupted. I will email the CSV file and resulting .xls directly to Jody.

Ok, I see the problem. 1/2 our fault 1/2 XL's fault

We put too much data in a record when there are too many unique strings
XL does not appear to allow continue records in EXTSST records

I've got a patch that appears to solve this for head. After some testing it
will go in for 1.2.13. For now you're out of luck. Gnumeric and OOo can read
the file for now.

Fixed in both branches.
