Description Subrahmanyam Madduri 2004-04-29 09:07:29 UTC
1. put some icons on the righthand side corner of the topedge panel.
2. put some icons on the right-edge panel also.
3. try to move one icon from right-edge panel
i.e leftclick on the icon , which u want to move, then select MOVE
             from the menu.
4. try to move this icon on to the right corner of top-edge panel,
5. bring the icon back without placing it there.
6. we can observe that the icons, which are on the top-edge panel
move towards left and dont revert back to their positions , even if we dont
place the icon(from right-edge panel) there on the top-edge panel.

This is still there in current releases.

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all old bug reports in Bugzilla which have not seen updates for many years.

If you can still reproduce this issue in a currently supported version of GNOME (currently that would be 3.38), then please feel free to report it at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-panel/-/issues/

Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
