Description of the crash:
When I right-click on the clock applet and select Preferences... from
the menu, the applet dies with a "quit unexpectedly" dialog error box. 
This is just a basic installation of Fedora Core Test 2.  It does it
whether SELinux is running or not

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Install Fedora Core Test 2
2. Right click on clock
3. Select Preferences... from the popup menu

Expected Results:
The preferences dialog box should pop up, allowing me to select time
format, date format, etc.

How often does this happen?
Every time I try to open the preferences dialog box.

Additional Information:
I have a standard Workstation installation of Fedora Core Test 2 (1.91),
except the firewall stuff and SELinux is disabled (from the option to do
so during installation).  I haven't installed anything else or made any
modifications to the system.
