gweather is not localized

Description of Problem: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. log in ja_JP.eucJP and right click on gnome-panel and choose [Add to Panel] -> [Accessories] -> [Weather Report]. 2. Right click on the applet and choose [Forecast]. Actual Results: o City is not localized in [Current Conditions]. o Last update is not correctly displayed in [Current Conditions]. o Temperatue and Dew point is not localized. o city name of the tooltip is not localized. Expected Results: All is localized correctly. How often does this happen? Whenever see gweather. Additional Information: I attached the patch.

Not really sure if this is the way we want to do the localisation. There's another patch in here that converts Locations to an XML file so maybe marking this as depending on that bug is the best?
The proposed patch is NOT the way to do it. All the issues discussed in the bug are to be fixed very soon. The XML Locations file is almost there. Localized units are also almost there. Also all the issues are duplicates of other, separated bugs, so i'm simply closing this. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 89746 ***
