Description Ulrich.Windl 2004-03-30 06:09:15 UTC
When loading a Exif compatible TIFF file, GIMP prints a warning about unknown
tag 34665. I thought GIMP can handle Exif now. In TIFF tag 34665 is the pointer
to the Exif IFD (iamge File Directory). If GIMP can only handle Exif inside JPEG
files I'm surprised, because JPEG actually embeds the TIFF structure inside
JPEG. Is there a chance to get this fixed?

Is this a real problem or just a duplicate of bug #133093 ?
Comment 2 Maurits Rijk 2004-03-30 20:57:27 UTC
For the time being we could disable this warning, but I would prefer to add this
functionality as already described in #56443.
