No, this was a one-off crash. It's one of those where, if the stack trace isn't useful, it can be closed.
The problem no longer crashes gucarmap, but I would guess that it is still there: Now if the same hangulin characters appear at titlebar of any program, it will crash eg. xfce4's xftaskbar4. I had also reported the bug to xfce's bug repository: http://bugs.xfce.org/view_bug_page.php?f_id=0000202
I think it's fixed in the CVS, but not released yet. See bug 129741 and this patch. Please tell me if it works for you.
