Description Baptiste Mille-Mathias 2004-03-26 09:16:07 UTC
create a weather applet on a transparent panel and lock it.
set the preference in metric.
If the temperature decrease from a two number (10°) with 2 digits to a one-digit
number (9°), the width of the applet is reduced, and a little blank part appears
between the weather applet and the next applet.

Is it possible to set a varaible padding around the temperature, to prevent the
apple width variation?

What version are you seeing this in?

I don't seem to be able to reproduce this in CVS head. Although I had the panel
set to a solid colour and the style set to transparent, I changed the size of
the applet by switching between different temperature units.

Is this when you see the problem?
Comment 2 Baptiste Mille-Mathias 2004-06-28 17:00:13 UTC
I using the 2.6 version.
I have to found a place where the temperature is low in order to reproduce the
problem.
I will try in the newt few days

Gareth he is right, when the label is small it will only do requisition for that
size.
