Upon clicking on the clock panel applet the month view come out as it
should, but it always display the weeks in an American way, even when
Swedish is the chosen language. Every week starts with Sunday, when it
should be Monday (the name of the days are right tough).

Fixed. You need GTK+ >= 2.3.
