when switching to arabic locale (rtl) I get a little nasty bugy in the
GUI.

Should be the same as reported for eog I guess. Should probably be moved to
bonobo and marked duplicate.

yep I would agree here #IF# it is a libbonoboui problem (which indeed it seems
to be)
