move tool + selected the mask of of a layer

if you move the mask of a layer partially outside the image then gimp 
loses the image informations of the part of the mask that stands outside 
the image.

in my opinion the mask information should remain. This "bug" doesn't 
occour if you drag the normal layer (with the color information) outside 
and then inside the image borders again.
