The Workspace Switcher should allow you to hover over it while draging
something and have it switch you to that desktop. This would be consistant
with the task list, and is probably very easy to implement.


(I couldn't find Workspace Switcher on the component list... Odd.)

Reassigning to the right owner, removing applets-maint and
adding panel-maint + adding myself in the CC contact.

Doh! I didn't find this bug in my initial quest.  I have a patch on
bug #136698 that solves this problem, but there are other issues (as
pointed out in that bug).
