Wrong. The value must be in the list of the string in
#: data/epiphany.schemas.in.h:54

Should probably be "x-central-euro", since that's what mozilla uses too
[http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/intl/locale/src/langGroups.properties#37]

(Sorry that I had to file under "other", but "Croatian [hr]" wasn't in the
list.)
